An update to our Loyalty Rewards Programme
We believe in celebrating your passion for beauty and rewarding you every time you engage with our community. To bring you a more flexible, dynamic rewards experience, we are making some upgrades to our loyalty programme.
Starting August 1st, 2026, our baseline point value will update to 1 point received for every £2 spent.
The beauty giant comparison
We want to keep your rewards straightforward. Moving forward, your rewards will work out to a guaranteed 5% return on everything you spend.
To put that into perspective, high-street beauty giants only offer between a 1% and 3% return. With our new structure, you are still earning your rewards up to 5x faster than elsewhere on the high street.

We’re introducing exciting new features to make your points work harder for you:
Double the time to shop: We are extending your point redemption period from 6 months to a full 12 months! You now have a whole year to save up your points and trade them in for a voucher for your ultimate beauty haul.
What’s next?
Because your points hold a higher cash value under the old system, we recommend converting them today to get the maximum value!

Before August 1st: Lock in your rewards at their current peak value and convert them to a voucher to spend in the next six months.

After August 1st: Any remaining points in your account will automatically transition to the new 5% structure.

Please note: Any rewards you have already converted into a voucher code, as well as issued Birthday vouchers (£5) or Power Seller Club rewards, will remain at their full value and are completely unaffected. The minimum threshold to create a new voucher before August 1st is £5 (500 points)
