Loyalty Points Update

An update to our Loyalty Rewards Programme

We believe in celebrating your passion for beauty and rewarding you every time you engage with our community. To bring you a more flexible, dynamic rewards experience, we are making some upgrades to our loyalty programme. 

Starting August 1st, 2026, our baseline point value will continue as 1 point received for every £1 spent, however redemption values will change. 

  • How you redeem: The points required to cash in a reward will double. For example, a £10 voucher will now require 200 points.
  • The value: This equals a 5% return on everything you spend. For perspective, high-street beauty giants only offer a 1% to 3% return, meaning your rewards with us are still up to 5x more generous.
2. Longer expiry date
  • We are extending your point expiration deadline from 6 months to 12 months, giving you a full year to save up for your beauty hauls before you convert your points to a voucher. 
3. Action required: Convert your balance before August 1st
Because your points are worth more today under the old system, we highly recommend converting your current balance now to get the maximum value.
  • Before August 1st: Convert your points at their peak value. The minimum threshold to create a voucher is 50 points (£5 off). Once generated, these vouchers will be valid for 6 months.
  • After August 1st: When you go to convert any points into vouchers you will redeem on to the new 5% structure. Once generated, these vouchers continue to be valid for 6 months.
