We’re pleased to offer free standard delivery when you spend £30 and over. Orders under £30 are charged at £3.50.
Standard delivery - £3.50
Our standard delivery with Royal Mail 48 or DPD usually takes 2 – 5 working days. Providing you have an account with us we’ll send you an email with tracking information.
Express delivery - £5.50
If you order before 12pm (Monday – Thursday, excluding bank and public holidays) you have the option to select express delivery. The order will then be delivered next working day.
Saturday delivery - £9.00
If you’re after lashes and nails for the weekend we also offer a special Saturday delivery option. Just place your order by 11am on a Friday.
Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?
Sorry, we can't currently deliver website orders to BFPO.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man?
Yes we do but we're not able to offer express or Saturday delivery options.
Royal Mail restrictions. The estimated delivery times stated above do not apply to any items with any of the following delivery addresses or postcodes (and, to avoid doubt, in each of these instances, Royal Mail do not provide any target time for delivery): in relation to Tracked 24, to any of the following postcodes: GY, HS, IM, JE, KW15-17, PA49, PA60-PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44 and ZE2-ZE3 postcodes; and in relation to Tracked 48, to any of the following postcodes: BT, GY, HS, IM, JE, KW, PA60-75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44 and ZE2-ZE3.
As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, we are sorry that we are not able to offer any assistance on these processes. We would advise that you check the imports charges applicable before ordering goods.
Do you have any delivery exceptions?
We do reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.
