30 Days Peace of Mind Guarantee

We offer a Peace of Mind Guarantee which means that you can change your mind about your product order at any time up to 30 days from date we deliver the product to you. Within this period we will be happy to exchange a product for another product or if you choose to return a product to us, we will refund the full price. The product must be returned to us in the same new condition as it was delivered to you, with its product packaging and product unopened. If the product had a Free Gift, this must also be returned to us to qualify for the full refund. This Peace of Mind Guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights which are not affected (detailed below).

Your statutory rights are not affected

You have a statutory right to cancel your order at any stage after we have accepted it, and up to 14 days after receipt. Please note, this right to cancel does not apply to items which are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and if they become unsealed after delivery (unless they are faulty).

How to return a product:

You can return MeAmora products at your local Post Office or Royal Mail Customer Service Point.

To arrange a Royal Mail return, simply follow the steps below:

• Access the Royal Mail returns portal and search for 'MeAmora' in the list of retailers
• When prompted enter your details and then 'Create your label'
• Royal Mail will email your returns label. You can either print at home or take your QR code to the Post Office
• Please ensure that the product(s) are in a new, unused condition, with the labels still attached
• Please ensure that the products are securely packaged as we cannot be held responsible for items during transit
• Once we receive the item(s), we will refund the amount you paid through your original payment method

Please note, delivery charges will not be refunded unless the product is faulty.

Any loyalty points received as a result of your original order will be deducted.

Refunds

We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item. When posting your returned items, always ask for a postage receipt, in case anything doesn’t arrive as planned.
