CAT'S EYE
Wing it with a classic, sweeping Cat’s Eye. Apply a 10mm cluster to the corner of the eye, sweep up to 12mm and finish with 14mm. Meowww!
DOLL EYE
Get wide-eyed drama by applying a 10mm cluster to the corner of the eye, ramp up to 12mm then 14mm. Work it back to 10mm. Doll perfect!
